We foster awareness, provide training and personally coach functional movement through all stages of a woman’s life. We provide comprehensive unique and critically important hands-on experience to women through classroom instruction, personal fitness training and birth coaching. We give women the knowledge and tools to make informed life decisions on critical issues ranging from conception, to birthing and post-partum transition.

As Head Coach at Victress, it is my job to make sure that every single woman feels supported, empowered and learns how to move intentionally. Health and Wellness is something I am extremely passionate about in my personal life as well. With three active boys, my goal is to always be capable of keeping up with them and live our lives as healthy as possible. Fun Facts: I am an Enneagram 7, my love languages are Gifts & Quality Time. I don’t like bacon. I am a reading & podcast addict. I believe the power you have over your thoughts can change your life.

As business development manager and community outreach, I am very passionate about fostering awareness in our community and leading through change. You can find me developing relationships, managing accounts and making sure everyone is happy. I think, 'customer service' is what they like to call it. Health and wellness have been an integral part of my life for as long as I can remember, but since becoming a mother, it has taken on new meaning. Fun facts: I have two boys 3 and under, I am an Enneagram 3, and no doubt, an empath. This community holds a huge place in my heart, and I love seeing each and every member find their strength.

Victress has empowered me to be the best version of myself, and I coach to help women feel proud of what they can achieve with determination and persistence! I love writing a workout that challenges physical and mental toughness! I am also passionate about our young athletes; teaching them to understand and appreciate movement, strength, and perseverence. Movement is life, the opportunity to motivate and encourage others is a privilege, and the Victress community is a gift! When I’m not at Victress you can find me at home with my husband and daughter playing volleyball or watching movies! I love the Huskers and Duke basketball, and the way to my heart is treating me to a Juice Stop!

I feel so incredibly fortunate to be a part of the Victress team. Nothing quite compares to the feeling of helping women become the best versions of themselves through movement. I am a certified Personal Trainer through ISSA. "Find your tribe. Love them hard." This quote speaks to my heart, especially after becoming a mother. Community is everything in motherhood and that is exactly what Victress stands for. Outside of the gym, you can find me helping women on their birth journey as a birth doula, trying to keep up with my two-year old twins, and entertaining friends and family through food and drinks!

As a coach at Victress I strive to support, empower, and motivate women to be the best version of themselves every day. Movement and mindfulness are two of my core values. I am a certified Yoga Instructor Registered with Yoga Alliance. With my yoga practice I hold space for women to unify their mind, body, and inner self through movement and breath-work. I am a huge self-care advocate for women transitioning through the many seasons of their lives. Victress provides a safe space for women to connect and be seen and heard. I love watching my children grow, meaningful connections, reading, sunshine, God, and my husband.

I am so honored to be a part of a community that allows women to safely explore their strength and inner fire through intentional movement. What I love most about Victress is our ability to meet women where they’re at, no matter the season they’re in, and walking step for step with them as they grow and become more.
I came into my greatest power as a woman through movement and am passionate about supporting other women to step into theirs. I have my degree in Heath and Human Performance and hold certifications as a Personal Trainer, NCSF, and Functional Training Specialist, ACE. My goal as a coach is to simply educate and empower each woman to move more - more efficiently, more effectively, and more often!
On a personal note: I married my high school sweetheart and we have two beautiful children together. My guilty pleasure is Grey’s Anatomy. I am a proud Summer palette (if you know, you know!).
VICTRESS SERVICES
WOMEN'S GROUP FITNESS
Join us for a group class designed with foundations in breath, core, strength & metabolic conditioning. Our functional fitness program is designed to start you on your journey to the best version of a you! All group class members will be coached through an 8 session INTRO Program, followed by regular daily workouts that include a warm-up, strength training component and a workout of the day. Classes are all 1 hour in length. All of our coaches are trained in appropriate movements for Prenatal & Postpartum women.
POSTPARTUM WORKSHOP +
PRENATAL PROGRAMMING
Victress specializes in prenatal and postpartum fitness. We offer a Postpartum Workshop for moms 6-12 weeks postpartum. We also program prenatal workouts daily, which are carried out as an option during our normal class times.
YOGA
Join us for Yoga and exercise and recover body and mind. Yoga techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. Treat yourself today — you deserve it!
YOUNG ATHLETES PROGRAM + WEIGHTLIFTING 101
Young Athletes Program is a 30 min class dedicated to teaching and practice bodyweight movements, as well as basic lifting techniques. We want our youth to feel safe and comfortable in a 'weight room' environment, as well as feeling confident as they build their strength and endurance! Message us for multiple class options and focus.
ONE-ON-ONE COACHING
We have a team of personal trainers/coaches who have all completed a dynamic program of fundamentals in breath, core, strength and metabolic training. Certifications and pricing may vary depending on the coach. All coaches are able to work with prenatal and postpartum women.
WORKSHOPS
We have partnered with a number of local professionals in our community to bring you education and connection. We will be offering a number of one-time workshops over the course of the calendar year and invite you to join!
