We foster awareness, provide training and personally coach functional movement through all stages of a woman’s life. We provide comprehensive unique and critically important hands-on experience to women through classroom instruction, personal fitness training and birth coaching. We give women the knowledge and tools to make informed life decisions on critical issues ranging from conception, to birthing and post-partum transition.
As Head Coach at Victress, it is my job to make sure that our

As business development manager and community outreach, I am very passionate about fostering awareness in our community and leading through change. You can find me developing relationships, managing accounts, and making sure everyone is happy. My goal is to cultivate an environment where our differences are embraced and every member feels empowered. Health and wellness have been an integral part of my life for as long as I can remember, but it has taken on new meaning since becoming a mother. Fun facts: I have two boys, Emeric, 4, and Ronan, 2. I am an Enneagram 3 or 8, and no doubt, an empath. This community holds a huge place in my heart, and I love seeing every member find their strength.

WE TRAIN THE FEMALE LIFE CYCLE
We train from a woman's first menstrual cycle to her first conception.
We train from her first positive test until birth. Our goal is to prepare women for their desired birth and recovery.
We train from 6-weeks postpartum until menopause. Pregnancy changes our bodies forever. We practice functional movement to lead to optimal health and wellness for years to come.
We train from the onset of menopausal symptoms and beyond. Our goal is to prevent the loss of age-related muscle mass and osteoporosis.
WOMEN'S GROUP FITNESS
Join us for a group class designed with foundations in breath, core, strength & metabolic conditioning. Our functional fitness program is designed to start you on your journey to the best version of a you! All group class members will be coached through an extensive On-Boarding, followed by regular daily workouts that include a warm-up, strength training component and a workout of the day. Classes are all 1 hour in length. All of our coaches are trained in appropriate movements for Prenatal & Postpartum women.
4TH TRIMESTER WORKSHOP +
Victress specializes in prenatal and postpartum fitness. We offer a Postpartum Workshop for moms 6-12 weeks postpartum. We also program prenatal workouts daily, which are carried out as an option during our normal class times.
PERIMENOPAUSE GROUP FITNESS
Join us for a weekly class specifically programmed women who are in perimenopause and beyond. We currently meet every Thursday morning. This class is coached by Sheri Hammett.
YOUNG ATHLETES PROGRAM + WEIGHTLIFTING 101
Young Athletes Program is a 60 min class dedicated to teaching and practice bodyweight movements, as well as basic lifting techniques. We want our youth to feel safe and comfortable in a 'weight room' environment, as well as feeling confident as they build their strength and endurance! Message us for multiple class options and focus.
We have a team of personal trainers/coaches who have all completed a dynamic program of fundamentals in breath, core, strength and metabolic training. Certifications and pricing may vary depending on the coach. All coaches are able to work with prenatal and postpartum women.
WORKSHOPS + COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
We frequently partner with other local professionals in our community to bring you education and connection. We will be offering a number of one-time workshops over the course of the calendar year and invite you to join!

RUN BY VICTRESS
Run by Victress is a 12-week virtual program that allows you to balance the cardiovascular demands of training for your next half marathon while maintaining muscle strength.
We believe that you can and should prioritize strength training while you train for any race. From strengthening your muscles to increasing speed to decreasing risk of injury, the benefits of incorporating strength training are many.
This program will also teach you how to optimize your recovery & female menstrual cycle to create the best performance results for you.

The transition from pregnancy and birth to motherhood is an incredibly beautiful process. However, this period can prove challenging for women due to the multitude of changes that occur in our bodies, our relationships, and our emotions. This delicate time is referred to as the 4th Trimester.
As with series in the past, this workshop offers the opportunity to reconnect with your body after birth, learn and practice functional movements to strengthen your core and pelvic floor, and return to movement safely.
The new workshop design brings a collaboration of the best in their respective fields to create an experience filled with support, education empowerment for your 4th Trimester!
