We provide comprehensive unique and critically important hands-on experience to women through classroom instruction, personal fitness training and birth coaching. We give women the knowledge and tools to make informed life decisions on critical issues ranging from conception, to birthing and post-partum transition.
As Head Coach at Victress it is my job to make sure that every single woman feels supported, empowered and learns how to move intentionally. Health and Wellness is something I am extremely passionate in my personal life as well. With three active boys, my goal is to always be capable of keeping up with them and live our lives as healthy as possible. Fun Facts: I am an Enneagram 7, my love languages are Gifts & Quality Time. When I’m not at Victress you can find me at home with my husband and daughter playing volleyball or watching movies! As a coach at Victress I strive to support, empower, and motivate women to be the best version of themselves every day. Movement and mindfulness are two of my core values. I am a certified Yoga Instructor Registered with Yoga Alliance. With my yoga practice I hold space for women to unify their mind, body, and inner self through movement and breath-work. I am a huge self-care advocate for women transitioning through the many seasons of their lives. Victress provides a safe space for women to connect and be seen and heard. I love watching my children grow, meaningful connections, reading, sunshine, God, and my husband.

Personal Trainer with Prenatal/Post-Partum Experience
WOMEN'S GROUP FITNESS
Join us for a group class designed with foundations in breath, core, strength & metabolic conditioning. Our functional fitness program is designed to start you on your journey to the best version of a you! All group class members will be coached through an 8 session INTRO Program, followed by regular daily workouts that include a warm-up, strength training component and a workout of the day. Classes are all 1 hour in length. All of our coaches are trained in appropriate movements for Prenatal & Postpartum women.
POSTPARTUM WORKSHOP +
Victress specializes in prenatal and postpartum fitness. We offer a Postpartum Workshop for moms 6-12 weeks postpartum. We also program prenatal workouts daily, which are carried out as an option during our normal class times.
Join us for Yoga and exercise and recover body and mind. Yoga techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. YOUNG ATHLETES PROGRAM + WEIGHTLIFTING 101
Young Athletes Program is a 30 min class dedicated to teaching and practice bodyweight movements, as well as basic lifting techniques. We want our youth to feel safe and comfortable in a 'weight room' environment, as well as feeling confident as they build their strength and endurance! Message us for multiple class options and focus.
We have a team of personal trainers/coaches who have all completed a dynamic program of fundamentals in breath, core, strength and metabolic training. Certifications and pricing may vary depending on the coach. All coaches are able to work with prenatal and postpartum women.
We have partnered with a number of local professionals in our community to bring you education and connection. We will be offering a number of one-time workshops over the course of the calendar year and invite you to join!
