OUR MISSION

We foster awareness, provide training and personally coach functional movement through all stages of a woman’s life. We provide comprehensive unique and critically important hands-on experience to women through classroom instruction, personal fitness training and birth coaching. We give women the knowledge and tools to make informed life decisions on critical issues ranging from conception, to birthing and post-partum transition.

As Head Coach at Victress, it is my job to make sure that every single woman feels supported, empowered and learns how to move intentionally. Health and Wellness is something I am extremely passionate about in my personal life as well. With three active boys, my goal is to always be capable of keeping up with them and live our lives as healthy as possible. Fun Facts: I am an Enneagram 7, my love languages are Gifts & Quality Time. I don’t like bacon. I am a reading & podcast addict. I believe the power you have over your thoughts can change your life.

As business development manager and community outreach, I am very passionate about fostering awareness in our community and leading through change. You can find me developing relationships, managing accounts, and making sure everyone is happy. My goal is to cultivate an environment where our differences are embraced and every member feels empowered. Health and wellness have been an integral part of my life for as long as I can remember, but it has taken on new meaning since becoming a mother. Fun facts: I have two boys, Emeric, 4, and Ronan, 2.  I am an Enneagram 3 or 8, and no doubt, an empath. This community holds a huge place in my heart, and I love seeing every member find their strength.

I came into my most significant power as a woman through movement and am passionate about supporting other women to step into theirs. I have my degree in Health and Human Performance and hold certifications as a Personal Trainer, NCSF, and Functional Training Specialist, ACE. My goal as a coach is to educate and empower each woman to move more - more efficiently, more effectively, and more often!
On a personal note: I married my high school sweetheart, and we have two beautiful children together. My guilty pleasure is Grey's Anatomy. I am a proud Summer palette (if you know, you know!)."

As a coach, my goal is to push each woman to realize her strength, which goes far beyond these four walls. I am passionate about empowering young athletes, specifically through movement in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment. The next generation of women are fierce and strong, and I am so grateful to be part of their journey. After playing competitive volleyball for years, I found Victress to fuel my competitive nature, find a team-like community, and help me live a healthy/active lifestyle. I’m currently studying nutritional science at UNL. If I’m not at the gym or studying, you will find me playing volleyball or spending time with friends, family, and my dog, Milo."

"Exercise and athletics have always been a part of my life.  From watching my family find their love of sports to eventually coaching at the high school level, I have been motivated through a team environment and flourish in the idea of encouraging others' successes right along with your own. I coached girls basketball, soccer, and cross country at Omaha Central High School for seven years before going into Education Administration.  As I became a mother, a wife and transitioned into working for my family business, my life shifted gears, and I stepped away from teaching and coaching. My love for sports and fitness has remained the same, and having the opportunity to coach again through Victress is beyond exciting."

WOMEN'S GROUP FITNESS

Join us for a group class designed with foundations in breath, core, strength & metabolic conditioning. Our functional fitness program is designed to start you on your journey to the best version of a you! All group class members will be coached through an 8 session INTRO Program, followed by regular daily workouts that include a warm-up, strength training component and a workout of the day.  Classes are all 1 hour in length. All of our coaches are trained in appropriate movements for Prenatal & Postpartum women.

POSTPARTUM WORKSHOP +

PRENATAL PROGRAMMING

Victress specializes in prenatal and postpartum fitness. We offer a Postpartum Workshop for moms 6-12 weeks postpartum.  We also program prenatal workouts daily, which are carried out as an option during our normal class times.

YOGA

Join us for Yoga and exercise and recover body and mind. Yoga techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. Treat yourself today — you deserve it!

YOUNG ATHLETES PROGRAM + WEIGHTLIFTING 101

Young Athletes Program is a 30 min class dedicated to teaching and practice bodyweight movements, as well as basic lifting techniques.  We want our youth to feel safe and comfortable in a 'weight room' environment, as well as feeling confident as they build their strength and endurance! Message us for multiple class options and focus.

ONE-ON-ONE COACHING

We have a team of personal trainers/coaches who have all completed a dynamic program of fundamentals in breath, core, strength and metabolic training. Certifications and pricing may vary depending on the coach. All coaches are able to work with prenatal and postpartum women.

WORKSHOPS

We have partnered with a number of local professionals in our community to bring you education and connection. We will be offering a number of one-time workshops over the course of the calendar year and invite you to join!
