We foster awareness, provide training and personally coach functional movement through all stages of a woman’s life. We provide comprehensive unique and critically important hands-on experience to women through classroom instruction, personal fitness training and birth coaching. We give women the knowledge and tools to make informed life decisions on critical issues ranging from conception, to birthing and post-partum transition.

"My fitness journey began through running after the birth of my first two sons. Over the next few years, I progressed into strength training and shortly after, in January of 2015, I fell in love with functional fitness. When I found out I was pregnant with my third son in 2016, I knew I wanted to be more involved in personal care, health, and delivery for the motherhood transition. I found a community of empowered, educated and strong women within the BIRTHFIT community and it changed my life. In 2017, I became a BIRTHFIT coach at 10 weeks postpartum, and I began coaching women part-time shortly thereafter. It didn’t take long for me to realize that it was going to take a full-time commitment to share my passion with our community, and Victress was born. I know the power of allowing a woman to find her own strength. I know what it means to train intentionally for different seasons of a woman's life. I believe in the magic of supporting and uplifting women to realize their ability and to become whomever they desire. Victress by definition is a woman who stands victorious. My goal is that every woman who joins our community will feel victorious in their journey!"

"Athletics, health and fitness have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.  Though my passion has always been there, there have been times in my life where I lacked the motivation and the time to stay consistent.  After leaving a very stressful, yet successful career in 2014, I began running again. In 2015, I ran the Chicago Marathon with my now husband.  A year later, I was married and expecting our first child.  Throughout my first pregnancy, I had a hard time maintaining my running regimen and gained a total of 60 lbs. After the birth of our child, I was very discouraged that my return to fitness was not going as planned. Running was not an option due to fairly severe pelvic floor dysfunction. When we found out we were pregnant with our second child only 9 months after giving birth, I decided I needed to get serious about my health and needed to find someone who could help me rehabilitate and strengthen my body in order to have the best birth and recovery. Through that process, I realized there was a lack of resources for pregnancy and fitness. I started BIRTHFIT and working out with Coach Stacy in June of 2018 when I was only 8 weeks pregnant and maintained the program until our child was born this January. Not long after I started with Stacy, she decided to launch her own business.  With a background in healthcare management and consulting, I committed to helping Stacy on her journey to becoming a business owner. Throughout the process of building her business, we realized our potential as a team and built a business plan that would be able to provide the community a space and the resources it was lacking. Our goal is to not only empower women in fitness, but to empower the women who stand with us in our mission to provide a viable resource for our community. I am so blessed to be a part of this journey and to have the ability to facilitate the realization of Stacy’s dream! I cannot wait to see what the future holds for Victress!"

“Sports and fitness have always been important in my life. With my first two pregnancies there was no good rule book as to how to work out. That later played out into the postpartum period with misguided/lack of information for what is safe and healing. I didn’t feel stronger and I was actually doing things to impede recovery (most ab exercises/running/jumping). It wasn’t until my third pregnancy that I heard about BIRTHFIT on the Brute Strength Podcast. I followed a strength program up until 33 weeks pregnant and then did a BirthFit postpartum series where a goldmine of information was given to me. That information has allowed me to be stronger than even before babies, recover my core and pelvic floor, and to feel like the athlete I used to be. It is an uplifting and empowering community and I’m excited to help other women, regardless of children, find their own power and healing.”

"Health and wellness has always been a top priority, no matter where my life and career have lead me. Although I currently work in real estate, I possess a background and education in nutrition and exercise. With my current position, I am fortunate to have the flexibility to come aboard with Victress, and once again share my love for fitness with our community. Several months ago, I gave birth to our first child and the journey of pregnancy and postpartum recovery has been a challenging one. Now that I am fully immersed in motherhood and facing those daily challenges, I have found a desire to further my education in the motherhood transition, through the means of Victress and BIRTHFIT. I truly look forward to serving our community!"

“I’ve always had a passion for helping others and that’s why I pursued a degree in nursing. But, alongside with nursing, I’m ecstatic to be joining this team as a coach for Victress. I’ve always made fitness a priority and fell in love with Crossfit specifically about 5 years ago. My goal is to help women set and achieve all their health and fitness goals, while continuing to expand my knowledge in all core areas of fitness, including BIRTHFIT.”
